I have faced an issue with a molecular transformation including secondary sidechains while enumerating DEL designs. Apparently, it has been already reported some time ago on the LillyMol Github page by @dmoccia but it has not been answered yet, so I decided to repost it here - EliLillyCo/LillyMol#19.
I do not know if it is linked to the LillyMol tools version - I was using version 4 from the docker provided by @DingXiangYuanZhiXing ( EliLillyCo/LillyMol#16 ). I have tried also to compile the latest version of LillyMol tools but due to some reasons compilation destroyed my system completely and I was forced to reinstall OS.
Can you, please, help to resolve this problem?
