Right now the TCK User Guide uses JBake to create a static website for documentation, the issue is that JBake's release schedule is slow to adapt to new versions of Asciidoctor and JRuby.
I think it would be worthwhile to transition to a purely asciidoc format for this documentation and build a single static page for the TCK User guide.
Similar to what we already do for the Specification documentation here:
