Actually, we would like to create heatmaps of PSI like fig3 in the Nat. Genet. paper to visualize and grasp global patterns of splicing across genes. Could you please share how to draw the heatmap? (i.e. which value of which file can be used for visualization).
Or do you have any plan to add heatmap on leafviz in addition to a PCA plot?
