Created VM hangs on MacOS 25.x

Created VM hangs on MacOS 25.x and with the older Kind tool (0.16.x), and cannot access VM using virsh console.

Fix: upgrade MacOS to latest (26.1 for now) and use newer Kind (v0.30.0 for now).

Additionally, if you are using newer Docker Desktop version and cannot access VM via its VIP, please refer to this patch to docker-mac-net-connect, which is compatible with new docker APIs.
