Auto tend not replanting

if auto tend has harvest mode on, it will not replant even if there is any farmed dirt around and if you have seeds in your hand>
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Minecraft'
2. Click on 'Autotend and harvest and replant'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

If you turn of harvest it will start replanting. seems a line of code is broken check the if statements>
