Add support for OSGi-depencency "Import-Package"

With version tiger I can update all dependencies with "Require-Bundle". But we use also dependencies with "Import-Package" combined with version-ranges. So I want to get the same functionality like for other dependency-types.
I think, we need also a regexp-pattern for the package-names (like for project-names/artifact-id's).
