`apiVersion` for a `Template` reported as an incorrect value

When writing a Template for Backstage, the VSCode extension incorrectly reports

apiVersion: scaffolder.backstage.io/v1beta3

as an incorrect value.

Being a newbie to Backstage, I "fixed" it to value backstage.io/v1alpha1 which resulted in some lost hours finding out what I did wrong.
