Add a number of suggested status'

Here are a number of status' that I'd like to see added. However, I don't know what your requirements are for adding them to the app - a matching API, I guess. It would maybe be good to add some guidance around this, so we're only suggesting those that may be the most suitable.

Hey @dartiss, thank you for the suggestions!
It depends on the status page service provider.
If it uses Statuspage, Status.io or Instatus (services we already implemented): We just need to extend a base class and add an id (available on /api/v2/summary.json in case of Statuspage)

If it's custom made or a uses a service we didn't implement yet, we'll need to do it from scratch.

BTW Zoom is added, and Slack as well (by @nblackburn). But I didn't push a release yet. Will do it very soon

Thanks Ali - that all makes sense. It looks like StatusIQ may be another that you could consider adding.
