How to measure the data rate form .sca, .vci and .vec files?

I am a beginner for omnetpp and INET 🙃 . I saw a use case to measure the data rate supplied in Measuring Data Rate.

I can run this example, but I do not know to use the result files.

Is there an example to teach me how to use the generated result files step by step, for analysing the data rate?
