Feature request: allow history deletion for admin only

Hi Jarek, thank you for your work on this useful add-on.

I plan to use an Octoprint server to share a 3D printer at work and I wish to follow all jobs performed on it using OctoPrint-PrintHistory. I don't want to let users deleting jobs in the history, do you think you may add an option to let only an admin delete a job?

Also, knowing which user post a job will be great, but I saw a previous request and I understand it's not possible at the moment.
