DEV: Fields to add to the WebApi

The following fields needs to be added to the webapi-dto's:

DtoAnalysis.AllowSetScale
DtoAnnotation.ExpertiseLevel

DtoMaturityAnalysis.AllowSetScale
DtoMaturityAnnotation.ExpertiseLevel

public string ExpertiseLevel { get; set; }

public bool AlowSetScale {get; set; }

These changes will have to be coordinated with ILVO, so that the software is published at the same time as the API.

My question is, when setting the new variable, ExpertiseLevel, will this appear in the Annotations Panel?

@cmspinto if at least 1 record contains an ExpertiseLevel value, then the column will be shown in the annotations-panel (grid)
