Make AQ-scoring mandatory

I noticed that readers can approve samples without adding an AQ score. Then this result does not come in the report (whether you ask for AQ3 scores included or not). Can the AQ score be made mandatory?

See the property 'RequireAQForApproval', it is set to true. It should enforce a selected AQ-score when trying to approve. That means we should do some more testing to try and reproduce the issue. On what event can be tested?
