This is expected behavior — it's a plan-level access restriction, not a proxy bug.

What happens:

1. When the proxy starts, it fetches available models from the backend for each plan type (free/plus/team/pro).
2. gpt-5.2 is only available on certain plans (e.g. Plus/Pro). If all your accounts are on the Free plan, gpt-5.2 won't be in the allowed model list.
3. When you request gpt-5.2, the proxy finds no accounts with a plan that supports it → returns 503 → Codex CLI shows the error.

Why other models work: Models like gpt-5.2-codex or gpt-5.4 are available on the Free plan.

Solution: Use an account with a plan that includes gpt-5.2, or switch to a model available on your plan (e.g. gpt-5.2-codex).
