Why can’t I see my {{site.data.keyword.DSX}} projects that are used with a {{site.data.keyword.watson}} service?

You are unable to browse to a {{site.data.keyword.DSX}} project that you want to use with another {{site.data.keyword.watson}} service. {: shortdesc}

You want to add a service to a {{site.data.keyword.DSX}} project or find an existing project that uses other {{site.data.keyword.watson}} services, but you are unable to locate where to do so. You do not see the projects that you created. {: tsSymptoms}

Multiple entry points to {{site.data.keyword.watson}} services exist. The name of the product might change from {{site.data.keyword.DSX}} to {{site.data.keyword.cpd_short}} after you add other services. For some offering plans, projects are specific to the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} service region in which they were saved. {: tsCauses}

Log in to https://dataplatform.cloud.ibm.com{: external}. From that home page, you can view your {{site.data.keyword.watson}} services, go to existing projects, create a project, and accomplish other tasks. {: tsResolve}

  • If you prefer to start from the {{site.data.keyword.cloud_notm}} console{: external}, click {{site.data.keyword.DSX}} from your Resources list, and then click Get Started to go to the home page.
  • If your offering plan supports services in more than one region, switch your region{: external} to see the projects, catalogs, and data in different regions.
