Create <TournamentBadge/> component #223
Description
User Story
As a player, I want to see "light" versions of a <TournamentCard/> various places, such as on user profiles, or on match results.
Implementation Details
These should not require deep tournaments to render, only the title, year, and logo URL (and perhaps logo wrapper).
Awards (if a player got 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) are out-of-scope for now.
