Notistack website is doing a page reload every 3 seconds

The notistack website is consistently and constantly refreshing (performing a page reload) on an interval of about 3 seconds. It makes it nearly impossible to interact with or make use of. The menu options also do not respond to click events properly in order to navigate to sections of the website. The only way I have been able to navigate is by opening links in a new tab. I have observed this behavior on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

Expected Behavior

The website should not be reloading the page every 3 seconds and the navigation links should work properly.

Current Behavior

The website performs a page reload every 3 seconds and the links do not navigate to the expected page when clicked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the website.
2. Observe the page reload happening every 3 seconds.
3. Click a link in the menu and observe that it fails to navigate.
