Export of all projects

If all projects are exported (for all semesters) then the following error message appears:

Problem
Excel worksheet names are limited to 31 characters.
During the export, the sheet name was constructed by concatenating a long UI semester label (e.g. “Alle Semester”) with a descriptive suffix, which exceeded this limit and caused NPOI to throw an exception.

Root Cause
The sheet name Alle Semester_IP56_Informatikprojekte exceeded Excel’s maximum worksheet name length.

Solution
The worksheet name suffix was shortened to Alle Semester_IP56, ensuring that generated sheet names stay within Excel’s constraints. what do you think @dgruntz ?

Result
Excel exports no longer crash and sheet names remain readable and consistent.
