UI - Global Settings page lacks clear navigation back to Catalog

Description

On the catalog page, when I click "Global Settings", there is no obvious way to navigate back to the catalog. After some exploration, I discovered that clicking the app name returns me to the catalog.

This behavior is inconsistent with how navigation works on agent-specific pages, where there is a clear back link or navigation option.

Suggestion

Add a consistent back navigation to the catalog, like on agent-specific pages.

I agree we we can do the same here as we do in the Agent specific UIs and offer a back arrow to the left of the page title for the navigation.
