Add Reverb support to Hypervel

The documentation states that Reverb is supported on Hypervel, but in practice it isn’t.

Hi @saimonh3, while Hypervel doesn't have built-in Reverb support, you can still use Reverb by running it in a standalone Laravel project and connecting to it. I've updated the Reverb section in the docs.
