Yes, there is big warning of using advanced ISM configs, but where can some documentation be found about the advanced config options?
There is a small description on the options, often these are not enough to fully understand them.
How do I config a testnet/development setup vs production?

This goes also that the different fee options are not described in the docs, protocol fee is nowhere explained, it's a aftertought that when you have to define defaulthook and protocol hook that you are maybe thinking about reading about these hooks.
