Not possible to go back from Anonymous to Named votes

How to reproduce:
Step 1: Publish a poll and do not check any of the check boxes

Answers are named

Step2:
edit the poll and set "anonymous votes"
it works, you cannot see the names in answers

Step3:
try to go back to named answers.
It's not possible. The "anonymous votes" checkbox is not displayed anymore.
It should be possible because the names are still in Table : poll_answer_user

That's intentional.

Yes, the data is in the database, but it's not visible to the regular poll author.
An anonymous poll shouldn't simply be deanonymized.

So, I would suggest:

• adding a warning before save to prevent any entering error (like I did). Something like: "WARNING: You have selected anonymous answers. You will not be able to recover the answers names anymore. Are you sure? "
  OR
• adding a way to recover named answers with the proper rights (for example site admin or space owner)
