Failed to enter bootloader mode

I installed the repeater firmware on my ZWA-2.

Later, wanted to change back and tried to install the "ZWave Controller Firmware.

The ZWA-2 was recognised by Chrome, but in the step installing firmware I get the error message "Failed to enter bootloader mode"

Work around:

I solved the issue, ZWA-2 is back in original ZWave USB hub mode.

I downloaded the .gbl file for "hub mode" from Github.
Connected the ZWA-2 to a Windows PC, running Tera Term.
In Tera Term, set serial port speed to 115200.
Type "bootloader" in the terminal window, ESP goes into bootloader mode, select 1 in terminal menu.
In Tera Term: File->Transfer->XModem and select the .gbl file. Upon completion of the upload, restart the ZWA-2, and done.
