Everything Command-able

Everything in tarstall should be accessible without having to navigate the TUI. For example, changing branches should either allow the usual tarstall -m navigation method, or something like tarstall -m -b beta, for example.

With this, we should also add a -y option, which enables SkipQuestions for the given command.
