Remove unneeded packages in the website #142
Description
We're doing this to remove bloat. Off the top of my head with the move to a different backend (MongoDB) the other stuff (AWS) could likely be pruned, not entirely but partially since we're using Amplify for hosting. Other than that just try and get rid of stuff that's not being used, if you're not sure what to ger rid of just let me know
