Gren syntax highlighting

We're currently labeling our code blocks as `elm` for syntax highlighting but that won't work for much longer.

Code blocks use https://expressive-code.com/ which uses https://shiki.style/ for syntax highlighting. Is it possible to use https://github.com/MaeBrooks/tree-sitter-gren to add gren as a supported language?
