Entities creation via MQTT

Hello there,

I would like to create `Thing` and associated `Location` entities via MQTT, but I don't know if it is supported by the STA specification.
Seeing *"mqtt support for all entities"* in one of the project milestones, I was wondering if this was already supported with gost or not.
