Threads in comments #99
Description
GLPI 11 allows you to create “threads” in comments:
We will simplify this system so that comments can now only have “two levels.”
Using the previous example, it should now look like this in the “simplified” version:
The data will therefore need to be migrated to the database to link the comments to a single parent.
The comments will then be grouped by parent visually, as in the outline:
It will be possible to reply to a comment via a “reply” button at the end of each “thread.”
For example, on outline (it is only displayed when you hover over it with the mouse):
