Adding a Web Page to Recognise Gisty

As the server is hosted on heroku(which has no frontend), when someone hits the url, heroku shows "nothing here". Instead it must indicate a web page saying that it belongs to Gisty Org and links redirecting to https://gisty-client.herokuapp.com and the github link of https://github.com/gisty-org.
