Cannot set ItemFinder shift

Half of [the documentation for ItemFinder](https://docs.rs/pdb/latest/pdb/struct.ItemFinder.html) is dedicated to the `shift` parameter, but there's no way for the end-user to set this shift parameter, as the only way to do that is by calling `ItemFinder::new` and that method is private. Is this intentional design?
