Missing or Untranslatable Strings in Dokan Lite Admin Settings

Description

Several strings in the Dokan Lite plugin appear untranslated even after translations have been added, or are missing from the source translation files.

The following strings and areas are affected:

Issue 1: "Change" Button

Location: WP Admin → Dokan → Settings → Appearance → Store

The "Change" button text remains untranslated despite adding translations.

Issue 2: "Upload Image" Button

Location: WP Admin → Dokan → Settings → Vendors → Vendor Onboarding

The "Upload Image" button text appears to be unavailable for translation.

Issue 3: Text Editor Toolbar Texts

Location: Various sections under WP Admin → Dokan → Settings

Some texts displayed in the settings toolbar are unavailable for translation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to the specified Dokan settings sections in WP Admin.
2. Check the listed button labels and toolbar texts.
3. Attempt to translate the strings using the available Dokan Lite translation files.
4. Observe that some strings remain untranslated or are not available in the source for translation.

Expected Behaviour

All user-facing strings in Dokan Lite admin settings should be properly registered for translation and should display the corresponding translations when available.
