Use existing RKE role

Our existing RKE role has already been factored out to be independently reusable: https://github.com/CloudVE/cloudman-boot/tree/master/roles/rke and includes support for GPUs etc.

There may be a few things we can use from here as well: https://github.com/rancherfederal/rke2-ansible

I will double check, but I am pretty sure that what is there now is the RKE role from cloudman-boot. I am just using it as a stand-alone playbook for now as I was under some time pressure to get it out before going on leave. My plan is to convert all of those playbooks to be used as roles rather than using import_playbook.
