App should show some kind of indicator while connecting to foxbox to retrieve data

Thas been talked in issue
So one example would be when user is in recipe list view, having several recipes created, and he refreshes the page.
Now there are a few seconds while we can see the empty recipe list view till it is loaded. It would be good if the app could show some sort of progress bar to indicate that it is retreiving data.
