I tried to build NAudioFLAC on three different computers, and I am getting the 
same error:


The command "copy 
C:\XXX\practicesharp\NAudioFLAC\Library\LibFLACDLL\libFlac.dll 
C:\XXX\practicesharp\NAudioFLAC\Library\bin\Debug\" exited with code 1.
