Category & OZ string for item

Hey there,
first off: great library!

Is there a way to get the full item number (eg "01.02.0004") for a given Item?

Thanks for the kind words, glad it's been useful! 🙌

There wasn't a direct way before — item.oz only held this item's own segment (the leaf RNoPart, e.g. "0004"), and hierarchy_path carried category labels rather than numbers. So I've just added a proper accessor for exactly this.

As of v1.14.0, every Item has a full_oz property:

doc = GAEBParser.parse("file.X83")
for item in doc.award.boq.iter_items():
print(item.full_oz) # "01.02.0004"
A few extras that came with it:

item.full_oz_with("-") if you want a different separator ("01-02-0004").
Multi-lot files include the lot number as the leading segment.
BoQTree.find_item(...) now resolves by either the leaf RNoPart or the full OZ.
The CSV export gained a full_oz column alongside oz.
It'll be on PyPI as 1.14.0 shortly. Let me know if that covers your use case — happy to adjust if your files number things differently (e.g. a non-. separator in the source).
