Disabling the Bookmarks by default for the Meilix ISO

Short description

Bookmarks needs to be switched off for the meilix ISO
We give the user the option to enable bookmarks using the meilix-generator

Usecase

The bookmarks needs to be disabled by default

I have a vague idea of what it means but a clear description will help
