Extensions: Management Practices

We've started specific extensions for the two main management practices - https://github.com/fiboa/cover_crop-extension and https://github.com/fiboa/tillage-extension

But it may be useful to have a 'meta' extension that groups all the various management practices. There are a number of other management practices to potentially include, like fertility, crop protection, manure, irrigation, residue management, etc.

Would that also be management with regards to ownership etc?
