The outpost delivery spot go to "misc" with VFE classical

Hi, with VE Framework, you move VEF_OutpostDeliverySpot to Ferny_ColonyLocations
but if VFE - Classical is active, VEF_OutpostDeliverySpot go to Misc tab, I don't know why.
