403s while getting release assets

I'm getting these errors for my Glossary by Progress Planner plugin:

Do you have a personal access token entered in Git Updater? Could the 403 be due to a rate limit if you don't?

I do - this request seems to be coming from the FAIR plugin?

Looks like it's coming from mini-fair.

Can you expand all the details on at least one of the errors and repost?
