Please explain the irony

I have tried to understand the irony, but couldn't get it.

Maybe it is for the analogy that floats my mind: we can similarly change readonly, hidden, system and archive attributes on any writable file, with no surprise.

Really don't understand what you're trying to say. You want an option to set other attributes? (The Zone Identifier isn't the same kind of attribute as read only etc).
