Upgrade to web-token v4

Thanks for this library. It's awesome!

I noticed it still uses web-token v3 packages which are deprecated:
https://web-token.spomky-labs.com/migration/from-v3.x-to-v4.0#deprecated-packages

Are you planning to upgrade to web-token/library v4 which supports Symfony 8?
It now falls back to an older version of web-token's abandoned libraries.
