Cannot load the checkpoints

When I use the checkpoints downloaded from the repo ,runing in the main_finetune or main_pertrain,it can't run and the error is"RuntimeError: Error(s) in loading state_dict for VisionTransformer:
Unexpected key(s) in state_dict: "head.weight", "head.bias".
