only python 3.7 version?

because vscode only support python debugger over version 3.7 of python, I can't satisfy conditions both SparseConvNet and vscode. Is there any solutions?

This library is not worked on any more. Perhaps you can update the build procedure to use current versions of vscode/cuda/python?
