Is adding OT/ICS protocol awareness to Pulsar worth it?

Hi Pulsar team,

I'm an OT/ICS security engineer working with Rust, and I've been reading through the Pulsar codebase with the idea of contributing industrial-protocol awareness to it. Meaning detection rules for the common ICS protocols, and application-layer decoding for them.

Before I put any work into it, is that a direction you'd want to see in Pulsar? Happy to go into detail if it's of interest.
