Where can we get more information on this, and the differences between this, QMLWeb, and the upcoming WebGL Qt plugin?

I am aware that a proper README or website is missing and I am getting to this soon. V3 is currently in development.
QMLWeb is a QML engine that runs solely in the browser.
Viridity is a framework consisting of an HTTP server that can stream QML/QtQuick/QtWidget scenes that run on the server to the browser. In this regard it is different from QMLWeb in that the main logic remains on the server, the scenes are rendered on the server and are then send to the client/browser in a glorified VNC-style fashion, allowing interaction via mouse/touch/keyboard. Rendering in the browser is done via JS and HTML5 Canvas. Viridity implements WebSocket, Server-sent events and long polling techniques to allow bidirectional communication in a transparent way.
Besides streaming graphical scenes Viridity also supports data streaming via its data bridge. Logic on the server can be written in QML or C++. A simple template engine is currently in development that allows for serving templated HTML files that can be updated on-the-fly via this data bridge.
As for Qt's WebGL plugin, from what I know it streams WebGL data to the browser, with logic either running on a server or in the browser via ASM.js/WebAssembly.

Ah, thank you for this. I couldn't find anything on it anywhere, but the description said it was a R/O mirror of another project so I was not clear who and where had the authoritative copy. Also the references to different versions made it seem I was missing something. Your reply indicates that I'm not missing anything that is available, so thanks for straightening that out.

Could you elaborate more on the glorified VNC aspect? I had started an effort back in 2013 that mapped QPainter commands to a HTML5 canvas, with very good results. Back then QPA had not stabilized, i decided to wait and shortly after it stabilized, the GL requirement came in and I know very little about GL.
