Add new tools, MCPs (#201)

* Clean up packages, fix `crush` activation * Add `llm-agents` input, `opencode`, `tuicr` * Add Anthropic API key for work machine * Set up Grafana MCP * Add `postgres-mcp` * Don't have Ghostty ask to close * Have OpenCode ask for permissions * Add FireHydrant, Sentry, and Honeycomb MCPs
