Namespace on pip

Hi there,

So this project doesn't look maintained or functional. I'd really like to use the name "wordgraph" on the Python packaging index, and I think it's currently registered against this package. The package I'm working on is https://github.com/tleeuwenburg/wordgraph . I was hoping I could get your permission to take over that namespace on PyPI. I tried contacting you via email, but there was no response.

If you are going to make use of the namespace, then that's totally fine. However, if it is indeed not being utilised, then I would ask to be able to use it.
