Collaboration

This curriculum is intended to be a collaborative effort. At this moment the only editor is @erlend-sh, but the goal is for that to change very soon.

Suggestions should be submitted as Pull Requests. I'm also trying to figure out how HackMD can be used collaboratively in conjunction with PRs on the GitHub end.
