I also have problems and have no idea why. Other services seem to work properly. Honeygain has been sharing around 1000 credits (cca $1), a day or even more, but now it shares unrecognizable 0.24 or something completely minimum with 10 devices. If anyone has the same problem, tell me what did you do to solve this?

Hi,
Could you please check if your IP is detected as residential in the dashboard.
If there are DNS issues, your earnings may be affected.
It can also be due to demand in your region.
Please check tun2socks and honeygain logs for any errors.
Honeygain has updated their docker image 15 days ago.
I observed in discord group that other users were also having similar issues with respect to traffic.

If you don't see any errors in the logs, you can try using the latest version of honeygain by changing honeygain/honeygain:0.6.6 to honeygain/honeygain in internetIncome.sh file.

Hi,
Honeygain Pot is not an official docker image. Use it at your own risk.
It is a daily claim script, so usually claims once every 24 hours.
Please check the docker logs for any issues while running the docker container.

About CPU and RAM limits: if I set the memory limit to 1024 MB and the container has a memory leak that reaches this limit, the container will be killed and automatically restarted, right?

Yes, the container usually restarts on its own if the main process is killed and --restart always parameter is set as part of docker run command.

@mrjkjxyz issue related to version 0.6.6 or honeygain themself . I don't think you really need UDP since I asked chatgpt , it doesn't help you increase earning or anything . honeygain only use TCP

If your VPS has issues related to DNS rate limit, please use DNS over HTTPS in test branch.
Based on the information provided, there has been no code change and the application was working fine earlier.
The issue can be related to honeygain server itself or demand in the location or the dashboard is not being updated.

It’s not an issue with the Honeygain image. I suspect Honeygain has introduced a new risk control mechanism that checks IPs and adds them to their blacklist. When I use a new account with a new IP, there is income for the first two days, but on the third day there is no income anymore.

I am aware that Honeygain blacklists IP addresses, and once an IP is blacklisted, it will no longer generate earnings. Please contact honeygain to confirm if your IP or subnet is blacklisted.

I’m experiencing a similar issue. I think it detected that my original IP was leaking (like WebRTC in a browser), rather than the IP being blacklisted.

If you have socks5 with UDP support, please enable socks5 DNS in properties file. Alternatively, you can use DNS over HTTPS in test branch.

Honey has a mechanism to check your real IP. I previously tried many methods on Windows (because earnings are better on Windows when "Content Delivery" is enabled), but I couldn’t bypass Honey. I think they’ve now updated it on Docker.

I also tried it on Windows. The connection was successful, but there were no earnings at all. It’s probably detecting the real IP. If Docker has also been updated, then Honeygain can no longer be run with proxies.😭

@mrjkjxyz i don't think so , some people run on their IP got same problem even new image docker . I think this is honeygain problem I guess we have to run other app and wait until they fixed it . Honeygain server crash few day ago too

Got the same error, with my container exiting with error 255.... Installed on a RPI with official image.
That's for sure an issue on Honeygain side, because when starting the container back, it is up and sharing....
