Fallback mode for touch #112

Describe the feature
When set to 'touch' mode, if the block doesn't exist anymore have a fallback option. In other words, if 'touch' isn't working it would teleport you to spawn or let you put in a command to have it run.
Additional context
Running a skyblock server, sometimes people break the bridge behind them and end up getting stuck in the void, having it auto run "/is home 1" would be extremely helpful.
