Missing hover info and can't goto definitions for pkgs

Great effort on the plugin, I just tried it, I'm used to using elm lsp client, coming from it I immediately missed two things:

1. No docs on hover instead one has to click alt+click on the underlined items to see the docs panel open up
2. No goto definition for pkg functions, built-in/third party
